Ballarat Serviced Offices in Dawson House provides a broad range of choice for office space large or small. In Ballarat we are fortunate to be in the unique position to have for the first time a ‘wing’ of our building available for lease. This ‘wing’ is situated on the ground floor and set apart from the public area of our building. It comprises of three offices and a reception/waiting area. This wing offers individual heating controls in each office. A storage cupboard is also included within this area. The private wing offers an approx. area of 50 square meters.
